Look for structural evidence
If the report names fields that do not exist in the workbook, the file may be outdated or intended for another category. A missing field and a blank field are different problems.
- Confirm marketplace and language.
- Compare report attributes with workbook headers.
- Check the template version and product type.
- Download a current template when required fields are absent.
