Permitted use
You may use SKUFix with inventory files and processing reports you are authorized to process. Do not upload files containing malware, executable content, or data you lack permission to handle.
Service boundaries
SKUFix does not access Seller Central, submit files, change the Amazon catalog, guarantee listing acceptance, or make authorization decisions.
Repairs are based on deterministic workbook and report evidence. Some findings require seller input, a different template, or Amazon Support.
Payments and refunds
When paid repair checkout is enabled, payments are processed by Stripe and a repaired file is delivered only after a verified payment event. Repairs can instead be offered during an explicitly labeled free beta.
The pricing and contact pages show current checkout and support availability. Never send card details, workbook data, or a private job link through an unverified channel.
Your responsibility
You must review the repaired workbook and repair report before uploading. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, compliance, and catalog suitability of product information.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, SKUFix is not liable for lost sales, listing suppression, catalog decisions, or indirect damages resulting from use of a workbook.
