Files and workbook data
Original workbooks, processing reports, repaired workbooks, and generated reports are stored privately. Source and generated files expire after 24 hours unless you delete them sooner.
Workbook content is processed by deterministic code to create findings and approved repairs. AI output is never used as a replacement value or applied automatically.
Optional finding explanations
When you explicitly request an explanation, SKUFix sends only an allowlisted rule code, category, severity, repairability, confidence, and flags describing whether deterministic evidence exists. The model does not receive the finding ID, job token, SKU, row, cell, column, filename, report text, original value, proposed value, or workbook-derived suggested value.
The model can select only server-defined action and checklist codes. SKUFix filters those codes and displays reviewed guidance. Workbook suggestions remain deterministic, visible, and subject to your approval.
Metadata
Private product activity records may be retained for up to 12 months. These can include the safe job ID, job state, file size, processing duration, finding counts, selected-repair counts, download type, and failure code.
Logs and general analytics exclude SKUs, product names, brands, row values, workbook content, report content, and email addresses.
Private job page views are grouped under /jobs/ before Vercel Analytics receives them, so guest access tokens are excluded.
Once daily, controlled aggregate event and feedback-category counts may be sent to an OpenRouter model for one product-improvement recommendation. That prompt excludes email, feedback text, job IDs, private URLs, filenames, and workbook data.
Downloads, feedback, and email
An email is required before downloading generated files and when submitting a bug report or feature request. It is stored separately from workbook content for delivery records, support follow-up, abuse prevention, and product planning.
Download contacts may be retained for up to 12 months. Feedback may be retained for up to 24 months while it is reviewed. Supplying an email does not create a marketing subscription.
When paid checkout is enabled, Stripe processes payment details. SKUFix stores payment and subscription identifiers, amounts, currency, and status, but never card numbers.
Security and deletion
Guest access uses a high-entropy token whose cryptographic hash is stored. Private downloads require the unexpired job link.
Use Delete my files now in the job workspace to remove workbook and report files immediately. Download activity and submitted feedback remain subject to the retention periods above.
